What to Expect

As the world continues to digitize, consumer demand for seamless and relevant brand experiences will accelerate. In order to meet consumer’s expectations and drive growth, companies will need to transform their organizations with new playbooks and intelligent systems that deliver exceptional brand experiences throughout the consumer journey.

Last year, 250 attendees representing the world’s top marketers and media companies gathered to explore The Path to People Data Activation.

This year, nearly twice that number will gather to discover where that path is leading us as we explore the rise of the Intelligent Marketing Hub.

Through keynotes, case studies, and first-hand accounts from industry leaders, we’ll explore how the state of play is changing. Key themes will include:

  • Understanding the cross-device consumer and developing new approaches to journey management to drive breakthrough brand experiences and make every touch point count.
  • New developments in global delivery management, powered by people data, aimed at reducing waste, maximizing efficiency, and improving performance.
  • Opportunities to leverage data beyond just media targeting and optimization, informing real-time content delivery and streamlining the path to purchase for commerce players.
  • The emergence of the vibrant ‘second party’ data ecosystem, and the new opportunities it brings with it for putting media and data assets to work.
  • Evolving and emerging opportunities, from leveraging location data in journey management; to changing the fundamentals of legacy linear channels; to the revolution that 'IoT' will bring.
